Adspert doesn’t synchronize your accounts in real-time: there is a short synchronization delay between your advertising platform and Adspert.

This means if you made changes in your advertising platform you will not see them in Adspert right away. The most likely reason is a synchronization delay.

When will I see applied changes in Adspert?

It depends from user to user. The synchronization delay is different for everyone and accounts are synchronized at different times. Latest 24 hours after you have made any changes to your account the changes will be reflected in the Adspert user interface.

How can I know when Adspert will synchronize my accounts?

You can check at what time the main synchronization takes place from the Log.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to Reports

  2. Choose Logs from the drop down menu

  3. Click the Bidding tab and check when biddings takes place (see the first column)

  4. The time stamp tells at which time approximately Adspert sets the bids. This is your approximate indicator of when does the main sync take place. Bear in mind that this is an approximation - the actual sync time can vary by several hours
