If you’ve connected your eBay account to Adspert but don’t see your campaigns, or if Adspert is unable to optimize them, there are a few common reasons this might be happening. Please review the following points carefully:
1. Campaign Synchronization Delay
If you have just created your campaigns on eBay, it can take up to 24 hours for Adspert to synchronize and display them.
Please wait for this synchronization period before expecting your campaigns to appear in Adspert.
2. Smart Campaigns and Smart Bidding
Adspert cannot manage or optimize campaigns that use eBay’s Smart Bidding or Smart Campaign options.
If your campaign uses any form of smart or automated bidding managed by eBay’s algorithm, Adspert will not be able to access or control it.
Make sure your campaigns are set to Manual Bidding for Adspert to optimize them properly.
3. Premium Campaign Requirement
Adspert can only optimize Premium (Priority) campaigns on eBay.
If your campaign is not a premium campaign, it will not be visible or manageable through Adspert.
What to do if you still can’t see or optimize your campaigns?
Double-check that your campaigns are set with manual targeting, fixed bidding and premium campaigns.
Allow 24 hours after campaign creation for synchronization.
