Find out what could be the possible causes of your issues when connecting an advertising account to Adspert

Amazon Ads

Account is not showing up in the list of available accounts

If you just recently were granted access to an Amazon Ads account, it may take a while until external services like Adspert can see this account. We recommend you wait 24h and try again. If the issue persists, reach out to the Adspert Support team.

I don't see any accounts

Make sure you are logged in to the correct Amazon account. It needs to be the one you use for Seller or Vendor Central.

I don't see my Vendor account

If you don't see your Vendor account during the account connection flow, make sure you check that Marketing Activities are enabled in Vendor Central. Otherwise, Adspert will not be able to see it and/or retrieve information via Amazon Ads API.

Microsoft Ads

Admin consent required

When using a Microsoft work account to work into Microsoft Ads, it could be that your organization (Active Directory) did not whitelist the Adspert application to be able to receive OAuth grants. This would cause you not to see any accounts during the sign up.

In this case, contact the administrator in your organization to either whitelist Adspert or enable the admin consent flow.

The Adspert application is named Adspert-Microsoft-Ads and its ID is d3f69473-2951-4669-85e3-2c1a76fbf553.
