Data Availability and how Adspert handles data which are not in real time available

When working with Adspert, you may notice that performance data does not always update instantly. Data such as clicks, impressions, or revenue appears sooner in the platform's own interface (e.g., Amazon Ads UI) than in Adspert. This is expected behavior.

This happens because Adspert relies on the platform to send us the data, and we can only display it once it is provided.

This transfer depends entirely on the platform's data delivery timing.

This article provides a detailed explanation of the reasons behind this and offers an overview for each specific advertising platform.

Reason

Description

API Synchronization Timing

Each platform updates its reporting data at specific intervals.

Fraud and Click Validation

Fake and accidental clicks are filtered before data is finalized.

Conversion Attribution Windows

Conversions can be counted days (or weeks) after the initial click.

Platform Data Processing

Some metrics are calculated and released only after full processing.

Platform-Specific Data Synchronization Expectations

Amazon Ads

- Standard reporting and campaign changes: Up to 24 hours

- First data after connecting account: 1–2 hours

- Conversion attribution: 0–30+ days

- Hourly data granularity: Available once synced

Example: A customer clicks an ad today but purchases next week. The sale is attributed to today’s click and will only appear after purchase.

Walmart Connect

- Standard reporting availability: 48–72 hours

- First data after connecting account: Up to 2 hours

- Hourly performance details: Available once reporting is finalized

Example: Sales from Monday may not appear until Wednesday or Thursday due to validation checks.

eBay Advertising

- Standard performance data: Up to 24 hours

- Conversion data: Provided directly by eBay’s attribution system

Example: Clicks appear the same day, while revenue may finalize overnight.

Google Ads

- Standard performance data: Up to 24 hours

- Imported Google Analytics conversions: Up to 48 hours

- Conversion attribution: 0–30+ days

- Hourly granularity: Supported

Example: GA4 purchase conversions may appear in Adspert the following day.

Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads)

- Standard reporting: Up to 24 hours

- Conversion data: Uses Microsoft Ads conversion actions directly

- Hourly granularity: Supported

Example: Spend and click data often appears the next morning.
