We heard you wanted more in-depth insights, email alerts, and retail analytics data—and we’ve delivered!

This release brings updates like insights into your hourly data, alerts by email, usability improvements, and direct access to marketplace analytics and brand reporting.

These enhancements are designed to help you manage campaigns more effectively and set the stage for an even better 2025.

1. Insights: Hourly data at your fingertips

Want to identify performance trends? See your peak conversion days and times? Do all that and more with revamped, in-depth Insights.

The best part? You can see hourly data, so you can analyze performance trends, whether by time of day or day of the week.

Simply go to Key Figures > select Campaigns or Ad Groups tab > click the magnifying glass icon > and the Insights panel will open.

Spot Trends with Redesigned Heatmaps

Insights provide in-depth reporting with a redesigned heatmap to help you better understand your advertising performance:

  • Averages: Shown in the first row and column to highlight overall patterns.

  • Granular Data: Individual metrics like revenue, conversion rate, cost, clicks, CTR, and impressions are displayed in 3-hour windows (e.g., 9-12hs).

The metrics shown on-screen depend on your campaign’s optimization type and available data.

Insights Availability

  • Supported platforms: Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.

  • Not yet supported: Amazon Ads Sponsored Brands vCPM campaigns and eBay Ads, as hourly data is unavailable.

2. Alerts Delivered to Your Inbox

Say goodbye to the old Notifications and hello to the redesigned Alerts! Now you can choose which alerts to include in your emails to ensure you never miss critical updates.

Stay on top of important alerts like budget thresholds, campaign performance, and system notifications—all delivered directly to your inbox.

Build Your Own Alerts Emails

Stay informed your way with these new features:

1- Choose which alerts you receive:

Select the alerts most relevant to your accounts.

2- Set email delivery frequency

Customize how often you want alerts delivered to your inbox—daily, weekly, or monthly—so you stay updated at your preferred pace.

With these personalized alerts, you’ll always have the insights you need, right in your inbox.

3. Marketplace Analytics & Brand Reporting via MerchantSpring Integration (Enterprise Plan Only)

We’re thrilled to announce our MerchantSpring integration, now available for Enterprise customers! This powerful tool provides detailed retail analytics and brand performance insights to help you optimize your marketplace strategy.

With the integration between Adspert and MerchantSpring, you can now view critical performance data in one place—no more toggling between platforms.

The best part? It’s free for everyone with the Enterprise plan!

MerchantSpring makes it easier to:

  • Analyze your brand’s performance across multiple marketplaces in one place.

  • Access advanced data like sales trends, inventory insights, and competitive analysis to make better decisions.

How to Access MerchantSpring Retail Data:

Here’s how to get started with MerchantSpring in Adspert:

1. Click your avatar icon (top right) > select Adspert Account Settings

2. Go to Integrations tab > click Start using MerchantSpring

3. Follow on-screen instructions to create a MerchantSpring account

4. Once set up, click Reports > Retail Analytics to access your MerchantSpring dashboard.

4. Alipay: New Payment Method

We’re excited to announce that Alipay is now available as a payment method for Adspert subscriptions!

We understand that especially customers located in China need localized payment solutions that are familiar and convenient. By adding Alipay, we’re making it easier for you to subscribe and manage your Adspert account.

How to Add Alipay as Your Payment Method

1. Click your avatar icon (top right) > select Adspert Account Settings

2. Go to Subscription tab > click ‘Replace’ or ‘Add New Method’

3. Follow on-screen instructions to add Alipay as your payment method

Important note: After setup, it may take a few minutes for Alipay to appear on your subscription page. If you don’t see it right away, wait and refresh the page.

5. New Date Range Pre-Set: ‘This Month’

You asked and we delivered: new “This Month” date range pre-set on all pages.

Now you can quickly select the current month and:

  • Easily compare your monthly ad spend with your monthly budget

  • Streamline your reporting

6. Goals: Sticky Header & Action Buttons

To improve usability, the information in the header and action buttons (at the bottom) are now always visible on the screen.

This keeps action buttons and reference information visible at all times, even when you are scrolling through a long lists of campaigns.
