The Alert Settings page lets you fully control which alerts you receive and how they are delivered — so you stay informed without being overwhelmed. This page is your personal control center for fine-tuning the notification experience within Adspert.

To get there click on the bell in the right corner on the top in your account and then on the setting sign.

Alerts Settings

The Alert Settings page list all available alerts across all categories/types in the Alert Center. For each alert, you can decide whether or not you want to be notified by mail.

Email Notifications

To make alert management even more efficient, you can decide which alerts you’d like to receive via email.

  • Simply toggle the switch in the "Email Digest" column for each alert to include or exclude it from your inbox notifications.

  • This gives you full control over which alerts are most relevant to you.

Additionally, you can define the frequency of your email digest to suit your preferences. Please see this article for further information.

Customize Your Alert Preferences

As with all Adspert settings, the Alert Settings page allows you to tailor your preferences to your workflow. You can easily filter and organize alerts by:

  • Severity (Info, Warning, Critical)

  • Category (e.g., Optimization, Administration, Products)

  • Status (Muted or Unmuted)

Here is the list of Alert Categories/ types

The Alert Center organizes notifications by alert category, allowing you to focus on the updates most relevant to your daily work.

  • Administration
System notifications and general account-related updates.

  • Budget Suggestions
Alerts related to budget optimization and recommended budget adjustments.

  • Conversions
Notifications about conversion performance, trends, and anomalies.

  • Criterion
Technical updates, such as when ad group limits or campaign-level criteria are reached.

  • Goals
Alerts related to the achievement or deviation from your defined performance goals.

  • Optimization
Insights and suggestions aimed at improving campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Keyword Suggestions

  • Products

Keep in mind when clicking on the filter and the dropdown opens, to see all the options to choose from you need to scroll within the drop down.

Mute Settings - Muting Alerts

By default, all alerts are unmuted, meaning they are active and visible. However, you can mute alerts that aren’t relevant to you.You also have full control over how long an alert remains muted:

  • Mute for a week

  • Mute for a month

  • Mute indefinitely

  • Unmute

Please note: Alerts marked as Critical cannot be muted, as they may significantly impact your account performance.

Mute status setting

You can sort the list by status — either muted or unmuted — and change the status as needed.

Alert Severity Levels

Each alert has a severity level to help you prioritize your attention:

  • Info – Informational only, no immediate action needed

  • Warning – May require attention soon

  • Critical – High priority, immediate action recommended
