The Adspert Alert Center is a central dashboard where you can view all important updates, warnings, and optimization suggestions related to your advertising accounts managed via Adspert.

Its goal is to keep you informed and in control of your campaigns—without the need to constantly monitor performance manually.

By highlighting critical changes and opportunities, the Alert Center enables you to:

  • Save valuable time by reducing the need for manual monitoring

  • Tailor your alerts to match your workflow and priorities

Navigating the Alert Center

The Alert Center not only notifies you—but also helps you take action quickly and efficiently.

Alert Types in the Alert Center

The Alert Center organizes notifications by alert type, so you can focus on the topics most relevant to your work. The available alert types include:

  • Administration
System notifications and general account-related updates.

  • Budget Suggestions
Alerts related to budget optimization and recommended budget adjustments.

  • Conversions
Notifications about conversion performance, trends, and anomalies.

  • Criterion
Technical updates, such as when ad group limits or campaign-level criteria are reached.

  • Goals
Alerts related to the achievement or deviation from your defined performance goals.

  • Optimization
Insights and suggestions aimed at improving campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Keyword Suggestions
New keyword opportunities and adjustments based on campaign performance.

  • Products
Alerts about product availability, performance, or listing issues—especially relevant for eCommerce accounts.

Each alert is labeled with its category and severity so you can prioritize what matters most.

Alert Severity Levels

Each alert in the Alert Center is assigned a severity level, helping you quickly assess how urgent or impactful an issue might be.

Adspert categorizes alerts into three levels:

  • 🔵 Info
General information or insights that don’t require immediate action—helpful for monitoring trends and understanding performance.

  • 🟠 Warning
Indicates potential issues or irregularities that may require your attention soon. These alerts help you stay ahead of developing problems.

  • 🔴 Critical
High-priority alerts that demand immediate action. Ignoring them could lead to performance drops or missed opportunities.

By sorting alerts based on severity, Adspert makes it easier for you to prioritize what needs your focus first.

Detailed Descriptions & Actionable Insights

Each alert in the Adspert Alert Center comes with a detailed explanation, so you know exactly what triggered the alert and why it matters.

You'll also see a list of the affected items—such as specific campaigns, ad groups, or products—so you can pinpoint where the issue lies.

To help you resolve issues quickly, Adspert often provides clear suggestions or next steps, guiding you on how to fix the problem or optimize performance directly from the alert.

This ensures that you're not only informed, but also empowered to act right away.

Alert Status: Unresolved or Resolved

Every alert in the Alert Center includes a status label that lets you know whether the issue is still active or has already been resolved.

  • Unresolved – The alert is still relevant and may require your attention or action.

  • Resolved – The issue has been addressed, either by you, Adspert, or through changes in the campaign environment.

This helps you track your progress and focus only on the alerts that still need to be managed—making your workflow more efficient and organized.

View Alert History: Resolved & Unresolved

To give you full visibility into past and current issues, the Alert Center includes a toggle that allows you to switch between resolved and unresolved alerts.

By activating this toggle, you can:

  • View active alerts that still require attention

  • Review resolved alerts for documentation or analysis

  • Get a historical overview of all alerts and how they were handled

Managing Alerts with the Action Dropdown

In the Alert Center, each alert includes a "More" menu (three dots ⋯ on the right-hand side), which opens a dropdown with several options for managing that specific alert.

Here’s what each option does:

  • Mark as Resolved

Marks the alert as resolved and removes it from the list of active/unresolved alerts.

Use this when you’ve reviewed or addressed the issue, and no further action is needed.

  • Mark as Read

Keeps the alert status as unresolved but marks it as read.

This is useful for tracking which alerts you’ve already reviewed without taking any action yet.

  • Mute for a Week / Mute for a Month / Mute Indefinitely

Temporarily or permanently hide the alert so it doesn’t appear in your active view or trigger further notifications.

Use this if an alert is not relevant or if you’ve acknowledged it but don’t want to see it repeatedly.
