How pausing, instead of canceling, your subscription takes the hassle out of your hustle (and saves you loads of time)

When you cancel your subscription, you cut all ties with Adspert. You lose all your valuable PPC optimization data, Performance Group and Criterion Hub settings.

Pausing your subscription allows you to keep all your data and settings for up to 120 days. The best part? During this 4-month period, Adspert keeps syncing all your structural and reporting data!

This means you can reactivate your subscription, easily pick up where you left off and quickly start optimizing your accounts again.

Let’s have a closer look at the differences between pausing and canceling your subscription.

Please note: Only users with Lite or Standard subscription plans can pause their subscription.

What is the difference between pausing and canceling my subscription?

Canceling your subscription means you lose all your data.

  • Data Loss: You lose the entire Performance Group and Criterion Hub settings, all structural and reporting data, and your entire account information.

  • Restart Hassle: Restarting your optimization with Adspert will be a deja-vu of when you initially signed up. You will have to go through all of the steps: reconnect all your advertising accounts from scratch, build your Performance Groups again, adjust Criterion Hub settings and set all your goals anew. Needless to say, all this takes a lot of your precious time.

Pausing your subscription keeps all your data for up to 4 months (120 days).

  • Data Retention: You keep all your Performance Group and Criterion Hub settings, all structural and reporting data, and your entire account information.

  • Restart Easily: When you are ready to start optimizing again, you can easily pick up where you left off with all your Adspert settings and data still in place.

Comparison: pause vs cancel your subscription

Here’s a table that shows what sort of settings and data you can keep if you decide to pause instead of canceling your subscription:

How much does pausing my subscription cost?

Only 20€/month. This covers our maintenance and connection costs. We keep all your account settings, details AND sync the data for up to 120 days.

Can I access and view my accounts when my subscription is paused?

Yes. You can access and view all your connected accounts when your Adspert subscription is paused.

Can I optimize my advertising campaigns when my subscription is paused?

No. Your subscription is paused and so is the PPC optimization of your campaigns. Adspert does not submit bids for your PPC campaigns.

If you would like to resume your PPC optimization, you first need to reactivate your subscription. Please reach out to us via chat or send us an email to support@adspert.de.

How can I pause my Adspert subscription?

Reach out to us via chat or send us an email to support@adspert.de

Paused subscription takes effect from the beginning of the next month. For example, if you request to pause your subscription on January 19th, the pause will be valid starting from February 1st.

How can I reactivate my paused subscription?

When you would like to restart optimizing your PPC accounts and reactivate your subscription, simply reach out to us via chat or send us an email to support@adspert.de.

For how long can I pause my subscription?

You can pause your subscription for as long as you like.

But keep in mind: when your subscription is paused, Adspert will store and sync your data and settings for up to 120 days.

After a 120-day period, data sync stops, Performance Group and Criterion Hub settings reset, and all structural and reporting data become unavailable. However, your advertising accounts remain connected to Adspert and are marked as “Snoozed account”.

How is “Paused Subscription” different from “Snoozed Account”?

Once your Adspert account has been paused for 120 days, your subscription continues to be paused. But all your advertising accounts transition into “Snoozed” mode.

In “Snoozed Account” data sync stops, Performance Group and Criterion Hub settings reset, and all structural and reporting data become unavailable. However, your advertising accounts remain connected to Adspert.

When your account is Snoozed, all your structural and reporting data become unavailable.

Your Snoozed accounts, however, remain connected to Adspert.
