How to view, sort and filter campaigns?

Campaigns are assigned to Performance Groups. Before viewing them, you first need to open the Goals page and select a Performance Group that contains the campaigns you would like to view, sort or filter.

Since a performance group can contain campaigns from various platforms once opening it we will see only those campaigns which are in the account which we have selected in our filter on the top

1. Click “Control” from the main navigation bar and select “Goals” from the drop-down menu to get the Performance Group overview.

2. Find the Performance Group that contains the campaigns you wish to view or filter. Below its name, hover over the label indicating the number of campaigns, e.g. “8 Campaigns”.

Click it to open a new window that displays all campaigns that are assigned to the chosen Performance Group. It is the “Manage Campaigns” overview that appears.

3. A new window opens up with an overview of all campaigns within the chosen Performance Group.

Note: All displayed campaign metrics correspond to the date range on the top left. If you wish to modify the date range, you need to go one step back to the Goals page and adjust it from there.

There are different options to view the campaigns and it's metrics:

a)

Tags - if you have created custom tags for the campaigns, they are shown on the right from the campaign name

b) View and manage campaign metrics

You can see the KPIs of the campaigns on the right side as in this example you see daily cost of a campaign, total cost of a campaign, conversions , ACoS/CRR, ROAS.

You also see the maximum daily budget you have set in your advertising platform for a certain campaign. On top you see the total numbers of the campaigns KPIs.

c)

If you prefer to see other KPIs you can change the metrics easily by clicking on the symbol and choose "customize".

d)

A new window pops up with a selection of campaign metrics. Select up to 4 campaign metrics. If you wish to set this view as default, check the box “Set as default” and click “Done”.

e) Sort campaigns - by default, campaigns are sorted by name (A-Z). Click “Sort by Name (A-Z)” to select another sorting option.

4. Filter campaigns

Click “+Add Filter” and choose a filter from the drop-down list.

a)

b)

Choose an option related to the selected filter. You can repeat the process and add as many filters as you would like.
