Do you have many campaigns in your account and want to group them by similar characteristics? Performance Groups help you do exactly that. They allow you to bundle campaigns, set clear optimization goals, and keep your strategy organized.
In this article, you’ll learn how to:
Use filters to find campaigns and create a new Performance Group
Move campaigns into an existing Performance Group
When does it make sense to use Performance Groups?
During the learning phase (2–3 weeks for Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect,
Google Ads and Bing Ads - 4 weeks for eBay Ads), it is strongly recommended to place all campaigns in one Performance Group. This allows Adspert’s optimization to collect enough data.
After the learning phase, you can reorganize campaigns into multiple groups based on shared characteristics, such as:
Number of conversions
Campaign type
ACoS values
Costs
Campaign status
And more
This way, you can align campaigns with your strategy and business objectives more effectively.
