You told us it was sometimes difficult knowing where to focus, what to adjust, and how to improve your Performance Groups (PGs).

That’s why we’ve reimagined the Goals page with two game-changing features:

  • Performance Group Health: Shows you exactly which PGs need your attention and why.

  • Assistant: Gives you ready-to-go, data-backed recommendations. And applies them for you with a single click.

We’ve also evolved goal tips into a score, pushed Scenarios with predictive AI to the frontline, introduced all-in-one setup flow, and so much more.

You’ll spend less time guessing and more time taking confident, data-backed actions. That means better performance → more sales, hours saved, and faster scaling.

When will I get the new Goals?

The new Goals experience will roll out gradually over the next 3–4 weeks. If you don’t see it yet hang tight, it’s on the way!

And don’t worry: if you’re in the middle of major sales events (like Prime Big Deal Days), we’ll make sure to activate the new Goals after the rush. That way, nothing will distract you from what really matters – getting sales in.

Let’s dive right in!

Table of contents:

1. Goals: Redesigned to Work the Way You Do

The Performance Groups & Goals page has been fully reworked to help you spot issues faster and make smarter adjustments with less friction.

Two features that change the game:

  1. Performance Group Health: Every Performance Group (PG) now has a clear health status (green, yellow, red, learning, or paused/inactive). Instantly see what’s working, and what needs fixing.

  2. Assistant: See exactly what to improve and fix it with one click. Just review data-backed suggestions, accept, and Adspert applies them. Done.

(We’ll dive deeper into both features further down, keep reading.)

Plus these improvements to help you move faster and smarter:

Built-In Scenarios: Your Personal Predictive AI

Let’s face it: setting just the right goal is one of the hardest parts of running PPC campaigns. Aim too high, and you burn cash. Aim too low, and you lose sales.

That’s why we built Scenarios in the Goals’ page forefront. Go to Charts, select the new Scenarios tab and you can already play around with different goals, without applying any changes.

It uses your real account data and predictive AI to test ideas on the spot. Just play around, see what clicks.

Set your Performance Group goals with confidence and protect your budget from costly trial-and-error mistakes.

And a few more small but mighty upgrades:

  • Toggle “Include Paused Campaigns”: Focus only on running campaigns, or see the full picture. You decide.

  • Health-based default sorting: Critical Performance Groups are automatically shown at the top. So you always know where to act first.

  • “Last goal change” info: Avoid unnecessary edits by seeing when goals were last updated.

  • Custom metrics: Pick the 4 metrics that matter most to you. No more one-size-fits-all.

  • Cleaner layout, built for focus: Quickly scan, spot what matters, and take action without jumping between pages.

So how do you know which Performance Groups need your attention first? That’s where Health comes in.

💡 Why this matters:

Stop wasting time hunting down issues or second-guessing changes. The new Goals layout gives you control, visibility, and confidence. Exactly when and where you need it.

2. Performance Group Health: See What Needs Fixing

Ever wondered why a Performance Group isn’t hitting its goal? Now you’ll get a much clearer picture.

Every Performance Group now has a clear Health status, so you can immediately see which ones are working well and which ones need your attention:

  • 🟢 Green = All good

  • 🟡 Yellow = Needs some attention

  • 🔴 Red = Critical issues are holding back performance

  • ⚙️ Learning = New PGs or recent changes, Adspert is still calibrating

  • ⚪️ Empty = PG is paused or inactive

Performance Group Health: See What Needs Fixing

The best part? Adspert doesn’t just flag Performance Groups that need attention. It helps you fix them. That’s where the new Assistant comes in.

💡 Why this matters:

Instantly know where to act first, without digging through data. Adspert shows you where the problem is, and points you to the fix – along with actionable improvement suggestions.

3. Performance Group Assistant: Smart Fixes in One Click

Ever wish someone could just tell you what to adjust in your Performance Group and why? That’s exactly what the new Assistant does.

For the first time, you get actionable recommendations that are directly related to your Performance Group.

Behind the scenes, Adspert checks for things like:

  • Misaligned goals,

  • Blocked budgets,

  • Bidding strategy,

  • Campaign Min Bid and Max Bid adjustments

... and rolls it all into actionable improvements.

Where to find it: Right below the Health indicator, you’ll see a ⚡ lightning icon and a number showing how many ready-to-go recommendations Adspert has. Click it to open the Assistant: a focused list of improvements based on your actual ad performance.

What you get:

  • Concrete, data-backed recommendations to improve performance

  • Clear explanations of what each recommendation will do

  • One-click execution: just review and approve. Adspert applies it automatically.

💡 Why this matters:

No more guesswork or digging through reports. Adspert shows what to change based on your data and explains why so you can act with confidence.

4. Creating Performance Groups: Built-In Goal Guidance

We’ve redesigned the Performance Group creation flow to make setup simpler and way more strategic. Especially when it comes to setting the right goal.

NEW: Goal Fit Score

Setting the right goal is now more visual and easier.

The new Goal Fit Score shows you how well your goal aligns with your budget, history, campaign maturity and many other factors. The fuller the circle, the better the fit.

If it’s not quite right, Adspert suggests what to adjust. So you can fine-tune with confidence and make sure your goals are realistic and achievable from day one.

Other changes that make Performance Group creation easier:

  • All-on-one screen: Everything is now on a single page, no more clicking through steps. Review, adjust, and launch faster.

  • Default goal “Maximize Sales”: New PGs now start with the “Maximize Sales” goal (formerly known as Cost per Day) and a suggested Daily Cost Limit. This helps you build a strong base for your campaign optimization.

  • Advanced goals unlock when ready: ACoS, ROAS, and other advanced goals become available automatically once your Performance Group hits 30 conversions in 30 days. Guardrails like this help protect your budget.

💡 Why this matters:

You don’t have to guess what’s realistic, or wonder if your goal makes sense. Revamped Performance Group creation now better guides you toward a goal that actually fits your campaigns. Start stronger and grow faster.

5. “Cost per Day” Renamed to “Maximize Sales”

We renamed "Cost per Day" to "Maximize Sales" because that's what it actually does: gets the most sales possible while keeping daily costs in check.

The daily spend value is now called "Daily Cost Limit."

No action needed: All existing Performance Groups with Cost per Day goal will update automatically.

6. Min Bid – Now Available on Enterprise, Scale & Pro Plans

Need tighter control in ultra-competitive categories? You can now define a Min Bid for each Performance Group, giving you more precision in how Adspert adjusts bids.

Here’s how it works:

  • Optional and off by default: Most advertisers don’t need it, but when you do, it’s there.

  • Must be lower than or equal to your Max Bid

  • Built-in guidance: If your Min Bid is too high (e.g. too close to your Max Bid), we’ll flag it and explain why.

Min Bid - for Enterprise, Scale and Pro users

Conclusion

We can’t wait for you to try out the new features!
