Warning - API Access lost

Warnings are displayed to ensure that you don’t miss any changes to campaigns or accounts that might influence the validity of current goals.

Active warnings can be acknowledged by the user, which depending on the warning type, will either delete the warning or mark it as acknowledged.

In case Adspert loses API access, a warning appears on the Goals page on top of the Performance Group list. If API access is lost, Adspert is not able to do the optimization of your campaigns. Here is how you can resolve the issue.

  1. API Access lost - Click Here To Address The Issue

Acknowledge or resolve the issue:

  1. Click on the warning. A new window opens.

  2. Choose “Acknowledge” or “Resolve”.

    1. “Acknowledge” - the warning is marked as acknowledged and will turn black.

    2. “Resolve” - opens account settings from where you can reconnect your account.
