Warnings are displayed in several different places within Adspert. The warning about an unreachable goal is displayed on the Goals page (click “Control”, then “Goals”), on top of the Performance Group list.

Its purpose is to warn you about changes to campaigns or accounts that might influence the validity of current goals. You can acknowledge or resolve active warnings. Depending on the warning type the warning will either disappear or be marked as acknowledged.

  1. Find the warning from the top of the Performance Group list on the Goals page. To address the “Unreachable Goal” warning, click “Click here to address the issue”.

2. A new window opens.

3. We strongly recommend you to resolve the warning and adjust the goal settings. Click “Resolve” and a page opens with goal settings of a corresponding Performance Group. Check the warnings and adjust the goal or goal values according to the given recommendations or best practices.

4. If you do not wish to adjust the unreachable goal, click “Acknowledge” (see step 2) and the warning will disappear from the top of the Performance Group.
