Welcome to the short tutorial video about our Adspert account settings.

In this video, I'm going to explain how you can get an overview about your invoices, how you can add users to the system, and how you can as well do changes regarding your billing preferences.

Navigating the Administration Section

In general speaking, we are diving into the administration part of your account.

We start as always on our monitor page.

From here, we click on the little icon in the top right corner and there's opening a drop down and we click on expert account settings.

From here we can administrate the accounts that are connected, the users of our account, manage and see our subscription, change our billing details, and see invoice details.

Let's start with the first tab about our connected accounts.

We see all the accounts that we have connected to Adspert.

We see the status of the optimization via color either in green, like it is now, it is optimized, or in orange.

We can also give tags to various accounts if you want to order them regarding your preferences.

Here on the right, under actions, we can see three dots.

Clicking on them opens a drop down menu and we have different options that we can choose from. Stop optimization, change account access or disconnect the account.

User Management Features

Let's have a look at our next tab about the user management.

We can see our users in the list and the table gives us the following information: the email address, the name, the user role, and about the notifications. Adspert users can be granted one of the following roles. There is the editor role.

The editor can see and manage all connected accounts. Can add, remove accounts.

And there's the admin role, which gives editor permissions, can also edit billing information, and add or remove users.

When hovering slightly about the little I for information, we get this information again summarized.

The same it is about the notification. Hover with the mouse above and it gives you the information about this function.

We can specify here whether a user should receive the notification from the notification center and can edit them accordingly.

In case you want to change any of these settings, just click on the little blue button which says here edit user and do any kind of changes.

The three dots behind allow us two additional actions.

Remove access or resend the invitation.

To add new user to the account, just click on add new user, put in the details, and send the invitation.

Subscription Management

Moving forward to the next tab is the subscription.

Here we can see our subscription details.

In case you want to change something on your billing details, just click here on edit and put in the details as you are required.

Click on save changes.

We can also change our payment method by just either adding one or as well edit the details that are already saved in your account.

Since this is a demo account, there are no existing billing details. However, since this is a demo account, there are no existing payment methods. However, adding or changing them works in the same way as just demonstrated with the billing details.

The next tab and also the last tab in our account administration is the overview about our invoices.

In here, all your invoices will be listed and will be accessible for you. In addition, you also see the status of the invoice, whether it's paid or not paid, and you can see a detailed account usage report and a campaign usage report and the invoice.
