Only users with the status Customer Admin have access to your Adspert account settings. The person signing up a Google AdWords account for an optimization by Adspert automatically receives the status Customer Admin. New users don’t receive this status and therefor have no access to the administrative area of your Adspert account.
This is how you can find your Adspert Account Settings:
Log in to Adspert and click on the icon at the top right and on Adspert account settings. From here you can use the various tabs to manage your accounts, manage users, manage retail accounts (to make your organic sales visible in Adspert), manage their subscriptions and also view your invoices.
