Welcome to the short tutorial video on our Reporting Page, Key Figures. In this video, I will explain how to delve deeper into your account's performance and your ad's performance, and how to gain detailed insights about your success. We will start, as always, from our Monitor Page and navigate to the Key Figures.

To do so, go to the top of the page and click on "Reports" to open the dropdown menu. From there, select "Key Figures." The Key Figures page provides a report that presents information about your ads in terms of various KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and metrics. I will explain what you see on this page and how to use it.

At the top of the page, choose the account you wish to analyze, similar to what you did on the Monitor Page. On the right side, you'll find various filter options. The first one is Performance Groups. If you are looking at an Amazon account, you also have the option to filter by Amazon portfolios. Next, you can filter by campaigns, ad groups, and criteria.

By default, the campaign filter is set to "active" and "optimized." This means that only active campaigns optimized by Adspert will be shown. To remove these filters, click the small cross icon and then apply the filters. This will display all campaigns, including those not optimized by Adspert. If you want to quickly revert to the default settings, click "Reset Filters."

To the far right, you'll find a calendar where you can set the time period you want to analyze. Adspert automatically adopts the settings from your previous selections on the Monitor Page. Currently, it is set to the last 30 days. You can easily change this by clicking on any other time settings and applying the changes.

One difference from the Monitor Page is that we do not have a time range comparison here. Similar to before, on the graph below, you can choose which KPIs you want to see. Just like with the filter settings and date range above, Adspert copies the settings you made on the Monitor Page, so you don't have to adjust your preferences again. If you want to download the graph image or the displayed data, click on the symbol to the right, and a dropdown will appear with options for obtaining your data.

By scrolling down below the graph, you'll see the various KPIs that can be measured. Currently, the KPIs for the overall account are displayed. To gain detailed insights about your performance, you can drill down further. Click on Performance Groups in the second step, and the KPIs will change accordingly. You can go even deeper by clicking on Ad Groups, campaigns, or criteria levels. Here, you can see which criteria yield specific results and their types. For example, in this example, we see it is "keywords." Next to each KPI, there is a small arrow, such as the one next to conversions. By clicking it, you can sort the table based on that particular KPI, either from lowest to highest or vice versa.

If you want to further analyze your data, you can easily download it by clicking on the symbol on the right. You have the option to download it as a CSV or Excel file.

I hope I have answered all your questions regarding the Key Figures. If you have any additional inquiries, don't hesitate to click on the blue chat box and ask your questions.
