Transcript - Video - Budget Suggestions

Welcome to this short tutorial video on our feature, "Budget Suggestions."

This feature makes budget optimization easy by providing daily updates and insights into the optimal budget required to achieve your set targets in the target section. If you're unsure how to set up your targets, please watch our tutorial video on "How to Set Targets."

We'll begin the video on the Monitor Page, as always, and then proceed to the "Reports" button at the top. Clicking on it will open a dropdown menu, and from there, select "Budget Suggestions." Now, we are in the budget section.

Adspert monitors campaign budgets and shared budgets on a daily basis and assesses whether the budget was sufficient to cover the target time with a coverage of 100%. Its algorithm will automatically adjust CPC bids if it detects insufficient budget to fully cover the targeted time. Here, you can see a list of campaigns that Adspert recommends increasing the budget for. It specifies the campaign and specific details we need to pay attention to. In the table, you can find the current budget of the specific campaign, the recommended budget, and the estimated spending.

You will also find the average cost within the last seven days and the budget usage, along with the average coverage within the same period. Since the average coverage is below 100%, we receive a recommendation to increase our budget. You may have noticed a difference between the recommended budget value and the estimated spent budget. Adspert works with a small buffer of the budget to ensure 100% campaign coverage. By default, only suggested increases are shown. If you uncheck the little tick box, you will also see campaigns for which Adspert recommends decreasing the budget.

Budget suggestions are always provided at the campaign level and can be exported as an Excel file by clicking the download icon on the left. You can also use the search bar in the upper right corner to narrow down your review to what is most relevant to you. If you scroll further down, you will find a graph that provides an overview of costs, budget, and coverage. The graph is based on the campaign you have selected at the top, which is highlighted in bold (in this case, it would be this campaign). To view the graph for a different campaign, simply click on the one you are interested in, and the graph will adjust accordingly.

We recommend reviewing budget suggestions at least once a week and taking necessary actions. I hope this video has helped you understand Adspert's budget function. If you have any questions, you can always contact us by checking this little box here.
