What happens to rejected criteria in the Criterion Hub?

When you reject certain criteria in Criterion Hub, they are temporarily removed from your recommendations. However, these criteria can reappear after 30 days. This process ensures that your campaigns remain optimized and that potentially valuable opportunities are not overlooked.

Why Do Rejected Criteria Reappear?

  • Continuous Optimization: The advertising environment is dynamic, and a previously rejected criterion might still be considered relevant at a later stage. Re-evaluating criteria ensures you’re not missing out on new trends or changes in performance.

  • Performance Reassessment: After 30 days, the system re-evaluates the rejected criteria to determine if they are still relevant or profitable for your campaigns. If they are, they will be suggested again. If they are not, the suggestion will not reappear.

The best approach is to keep an eye on criteria suggestions and evaluate whether they fit your current strategy. If a criterion has become relevant or valuable for your campaign, you can simply accept it and allow it to be included in the optimization. If it still doesn’t align with your goals, you can reject it again — it will then be hidden for another 30 days and reassessed later.

By understanding this process, you can ensure that your campaigns remain flexible and responsive to changing market conditions.
