Why Your Amazon Sponsored Display (SD) Campaign is not Visible In Adspert

Cost Controls Applied

If you have applied cost controls to your Sponsored Display campaign in Amazon Seller Central, Adspert cannot optimize or display those campaigns.

Solution:

  1. Go to your Amazon Seller Central account.

  2. Find the rule applying cost control to your Sponsored Display campaign.

  3. Untick the box related to cost control (see the screenshot below for guidance).

* What is a vCPM Campaign?

A vCPM (viewable cost per mile) is an Amazon Ads campaign type where you pay for every 1,000 impressions your ad is seen. An “impression” refers to when someone sees a campaign on social media, a search engine or another marketing platform.
