When Does Adspert Set Keywords/ASINs Negative (Amazon Ads Only) ?
Adspert streamlines the process of managing Amazon Sponsored Products Auto campaigns by automatically adding new keywords and ASINs from Auto campaigns to Manual campaigns. This article therefore applies only to Amazon Ads users.
Adspert sets a keyword as negative in the Sponsored Products Auto campaign once it gets added to the Manual campaign.
Let's have a deeper look into the process.
Process Overview
When Adspert performs automatic additions of keywords and ASINs, it follows a structured process:
Exact and Phrase Keywords:
In an Auto campaign, Adspert identifies new exact and phrase keywords. Then Adspert adds them to the Manual Keyword Ad Group which is a part of the Manual campaign. At the same time Adspert sets these keywords as exact and phrase negatives in the initial auto campaign.
ASINs:
In an Auto campaign, Adspert identifies new ASINs. Then Adspert incorporates them into the manual ad group PAT which is a part of a Manual Campaign.
At the same time Adspert sets these ASINs as negatives in the initial Auto campaign.
Can I Manually Add Keywords and ASINs to My Manual Campaigns?
Yes, you can. Just make sure to always set your manually added keywords and ASINs as negatives in your initial Auto campaign.
