Can I set rules across platforms in the Criterion Hub?

Not at this stage. Criterion Hub works within the scope of a single advertising account. This means you cannot set rules on one platform (e.g. Amazon Ads) to add keywords, ASINs and other criteria to an advertising account of a different platform (e.g. eBay Ads).
