Only users with the status Customer Admin have access to your Adspert account settings.
The person who registers an account for optimization with Adspert is automatically assigned the status of Customer Admin. New users do not receive this status automatically and therefore do not have access to the administrative section of the Adspert account.
This is how you can find your Adspert Account Settings:
Log in to Adspert and click on the icon at the top right and on Adspert account settings. From here you can use the various tabs to manage your accounts, manage users, manage retail accounts (to make your organic sales visible in Adspert), add available integrations, manage their subscriptions and also view your invoices.
