How to Cancel or Stop Your Trial

If you've decided to cancel or stop your trial with us, the process is straightforward. Here's how it works:

Automatic Trial Termination

Our trial period lasts for 30 days, and there is no need for you to take any action to cancel it. The trial will automatically stop when the 30 days are over, as long as there are no invoice data entered into the tool. This also means that any automation associated with the trial will cease.

Here's a breakdown of the process:

1. 30-Day Trial Period: Your trial begins once you start the optimization and it will run for 30 days from that date.

2. No Invoice Data: As long as you haven't entered any invoice data into the tool during the trial, you don't need to worry about taking any action to cancel it.

3. Automatic Termination: Once the 30-day trial period ends and there are no invoice data present in the tool, the trial will automatically terminate, and any associated automation will stop.
