Understanding Our Billing Cycle
Adspert operates on a monthly billing cycle (from the 1st to the last day of each month).
If you pause or cancel your subscription mid-month, your final invoice may still reflect the full billing period, including any usage before the change.
Check Your Invoice Details
To confirm, please check the “Billing period” on your invoice. It shows the exact dates for which charges apply. If your subscription was active at any time during that period, the invoice includes the cost for the billing period.
Important note: No prorated refunds
Our system does not issue partial refunds for mid-month cancellations or pauses. The full month’s fee applies.
