My Discount Doesn’t Show on the Subscription Page – Is It Active?

If eligible, Adspert discounts are applied automatically and shown on your invoice. Even if they're not visible on the Subscription tab or at checkout.

Yes, it is.

If you're eligible for a discount it's automatically applied to your account. You don’t need to enter a promo code or take any extra steps.

However, due to technical limitations, the discount other than annual discount is not visible on the Subscription tab or during checkout.

This can understandably cause confusion, so here's exactly how it works:

How Adspert Discounts Work

  • If you’re eligible for a discount, it’s already linked to your account.

  • No promo code or extra steps are required, it’s fully automatic.

  • It won’t appear during checkout or in your subscription settings.

  • But: it is applied correctly and will be reflected on your invoice.

Where You Can See Your Discount

Your discount appears in your invoice, which you can:

  • Download from the Invoices tab (click round icon with your initials, top right corner > Adspert Account Settings > select Invoices tab)

  • Find in your email inbox after the first invoice has been issued (sent to the email address you specified in your billing information)

If you are eligible for a discount and haven’t subscribed yet (or are reactivating your subscription), you will see a banner on the Subscription tab.

This serves as a friendly reminder that your discount is waiting for you, even if it doesn’t show at checkout.
