The destination URL has been replaced with the final URL by AdWords. Do I need to adjust the feed I'm handing over to the BBM?

On behalf of Google AdWords the migration happens automatically since ads created by the BBM always have identical domains in the display and final URL.

Apart from that, the BBM generates all newly created ads with the final URL instead of the destination URL. That always applies if:

1. Templates in the BBM are edited or newly created

2. Used product data in the ads change

3. New products are added.
