Only users with the status Customer Admin have access to your Adspert account settings. The person signing up a Google AdWords account for an optimization by Adspert automatically receives the status Customer Admin. New users don’t receive this status and therefor have no access to the administrative area of your Adspert account.
You find your Adspert account settings at the top on the right if you click on the gear wheel. You can manage your payment details, invoices, accounts, users, and your API access.
