The notification description

Description: Product lost volume. A number of products haven't received any impressions in the last 2 days. We recommend reviewing the advertising account settings and making the necessary adjustments.

Conditions to trigger

This notification trigger when your product didn't receive any impressions, there could be several reasons why this is happening.

  • Not in the buy box

  • Out of stock

  • Not eligible for advertising

  • Outstanding payments to the advertising platform

  • Do not fulfil the advertising guidance

  • Feed management does not comply with the advertising platform (e.g. wrong pictures)

Suggestion

When this triggers, we suggest that you have a look at the product(s) and see if there might be issues with your settings and or products that could explain this.
